Polyvalent employee for production, quality & lab

Job description

Trotec specialises in processing by-products from industrial food companies into a raw material for animal feed.

The products undergo complete processing before they become suitable for animal feed.

This treatment succeeds in keeping food products, which would otherwise be lost, within the food chain.

As a polyvalent production/quality/labour worker, you support the organisational side of production, work on the quality of the raw materials, the process and the end product and carry out a number of tasks in the lab.

Some of the varied tasks:

  • Implementation tasks of the quality plan

  • Complaint follow-up support

  • Participation in and execution of cleanings

  • Supervising the unloading and receipt of raw materials

  • Follow-up on the blocking of products

  • Organisation of recipients (containers, boxes, pallets, etc.)

  • Sample management: sample registration for traceability

  • Sampling as part of the analysis plan

  • Registration and tracing

  • Validation of orders for processing

  • Palette management

  • Analysis in our lab (dry matter, microscopy)

Required studies

  • No specific study requirements

Work experience

  • At least 5 years of experience

Language knowledge

  • Dutch (good)

  • English (to a limited extent)
